Las Vegas presented a unique challenge: sole-sourcing all decor for four haunted houses in a tourist city while staying under budget and maintaining the quality standard Universal is known for. I coordinated the transfer of every piece from the Orlando warehouse, collaborated with Universal-provided vendors on the ground, and worked directly with their teams to execute each attraction to specification. The result was four fully dressed houses — Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Exorcist Believer, Universal Monsters, and Scarecrow — plus all exterior guest-facing environments, delivered on deadline for a permanent installation.
