Spooky Island was an independent haunted attraction event conceived, funded, and produced entirely under my own company, Guerra Entertainment LLC. I secured the venue at the Schachticoke Fairgrounds, produced the haunted attractions, coordinated all vendors, partnered with local culinary talent to build out the food and beverage experience, and handled marketing from the ground up. The event operated on a $250,000 budget and generated $400,000 in revenue. Every operational and creative decision ran through me — it was the fullest expression of everything I had built over a decade in the industry.
