Serving as Theatrical Services Manager, I oversee multiple technical teams responsible for the park's daily operations across Lighting, QSYS, Audio, Video, Effects, and Scenic. In addition to day-to-day technical direction, I have worked to integrate triple-A theme park production standards into SeaWorld San Antonio, elevating the quality of both ongoing operations and seasonal events including Howl-O-Scream and Holiday Celebration. A particular point of pride is leading the park's first-ever in-house haunted house build — a milestone in the park's entertainment history that required building internal capability and confidence from the ground up.
