Continuing as Decor Lead for both Halloween Horror Nights and Mardi Gras, 2019 represented a year of deepening expertise across both events. Each year at HHN brought a new lineup of licensed properties, and with each IP came its own creative demands and production challenges passed down through the design chain. As Decor Lead I was responsible for translating those requirements into solutions on the floor — keeping my crew on schedule and every installation true to the designer's intent across the full event lifecycle, from warehouse prep through maintenance and strike.
