2022 marked my first year as Temp. Supervisor while simultaneously continuing as Technical Operations Lead — carrying dual responsibility across Halloween Horror Nights and Mardi Gras. In the Supervisor role I took on sourcing decor for attractions directly, coordinating crew schedules, and managing personnel across the full event cycle alongside the operational execution I had built in previous years. The standout of this year was the Halloween house, where the decor team achieved a faithful recreation of the film's environments that I consider one of the most precise and satisfying installs of my career at Universal. As Tech Ops Lead I continued serving as on-site technical lead for assigned HHN houses, overseeing all disciplines — Lighting, FX, Audio, Scenic, and Decor — to ensure show quality every night of the run.
